General bio: Neo is a happy go lucky guy is always smiles and laughs, always tries to make others around him smile as well and he is successful about 90% of the time, he can even get Star to relax and laugh and that is no easy feat. Guy is as emotionless as his aunt Maud in his opinion. His special talent is planning the most epic surprise parties that any one had ever seen. Like his mother, he somehow defies all laws of logic and can do whatever he wants whenever with the help of magic in which he usually only uses when planning parties but he is guilty of rainbow-fying his family when bored or just messing with everyone, seeing as he his the only unicorn in a family of Pegisai and Earth Ponies. He and his father love to go around and play music and his mother and him bake quite often but he just loves crafting party favors more than anything, he is the link most of the time for his parents parties, working them both in most of the time and letting them be a part of things. Neo and his mother have a friendly rivalry however, with who can be the better baker and 9 times out of 10 cake batter gets everywhere, even in the ceiling where nopony has any idea how it gets up there. Though he does get buried with all of the parties that he and his family throws and will get stressed and blow things out of proportion, getting fidgety and freaks out occasionally, leading his mass of siblings to swarm him and calm him down, love him and get everything great again.

Relationships:

Pinkie and Cheese Sandwich- he is the most closestestest with his parents, they get along amazingly. On Pinkie's side, he shares her energy and general crazyness which makes mama Pinkie very happy, loving to bake together in their bakery (Sugarcube Corner was passed down to Pinkie after the Cakes retired) and many parties are thrown there where his father comes in, being the entertainment is the center of both of their lives, often loving to make songs with him but that is mainly his little brother's area, he preforms them with the two of them pretty often

Peanut Butter Jamboree and Parody Jam- he bonds with them pretty often over their energy they all share, baking with PB&J often and making all sorts of party favors with her, that giving the little filly fuel for her own pranks which he loves to help carry out most of the time. On Parody's side, he often loves to sing and make all sorts of songs with them, being his brother's biggest supporter and endorser, signing him up for all the performances he can, he and his little brother are pretty close as well

Sapphire Custard: He spends chill time with little Sapphy, because she gets nervous so easily, this is one of the only times that he is ever calm and chilled out because she can't handle too much of that anyways, he finds it nice to relax sometimes and just to be quiet as hard as it may seem, always being the one to cheer her up when she is down and whatnot but mainly she is the one that chills him out

Party Popper: Though it might be a little harder to beleive, seeing as they aren't directly related to one another, well maybe. It's confusing to them, they speak about it sometimes, but they are actually pretty cool with one another. Even thougth Party is smaller than Neo, he is actually the same age, which allowed them to do a lot together when it wasn;t thought to be really smart that the younger ones would come along. After they got to know one another really well, the became two peas in a pot, they quite enjoy making things together and helping out with parties, though the planning goes to their sister.

Cherry Pie: Not fitting into the norm of the family, but trying to, is his, Basicly twin sister Cherry pie. He tries his best to help the nerd out with her studies on the properly planned party and often shares her stress when they both start to freak out over something, but dispite the differences between the two, they love eachother a lot and will often just go out and have fun, bake together, things like that. It's amusing to see them interact, according to their parents because even if they seem distant because of differences, they are close enough to where they can finish one another's sentences 

(fun fact: his orignal name was in fact Surprise party but I scrapped that once i started coloring him and all and remembered that Pinkie had some genetics for a white mane in her as well from her family so i made him like this)
Edit: Waaaah! When did my little baby get so handsome!? lol I had fun updating him. He has given me the hardest time beause of his mane xD I had no idea what I wanted to do with it, so I just altered the way the colors went some and his coat color only slightly. Yay!
